Suzette Moniz, CISR

Sue Moniz, Chief Operating Officer (CISR) at Lapointe Insurance, has been a dedicated professional in the insurance industry since 1994. Over the years, she has held key roles in personal lines, commercial lines, marketing, and information technology, working her way up to a leadership position. As COO, Sue has spearheaded Lapointe’s digital transformation, integrating virtual assistants, service centers, and other innovative tools to keep the agency at the forefront of industry advancements.

Sue has been recognized for her contributions as a thought leader in the industry. In 2024, she was honored by The Standard in their “Salute to Women in New England Insurance.” A year prior, in 2023, she presented at Insure Con, where she shared valuable insights on leveraging digital technologies to advance small agencies.

Sue lives in Westport, Massachusetts, with her husband, two children, and their dog, Macy. She loves spending time with her family and enjoys the vibrant summers of New England.
