A letter from Bill Lapointe, President of Lapointe Insurance,
On behalf of all of us at Lapointe, I want to thank you for trusting us with your insurance needs. We know that choosing the right insurance isn’t always easy, and we are flattered and thrilled to have you join us.
Lapointe Insurance is a family agency. My dad, Herman Lapointe, started this agency back in 1960 in Fall River, MA. Back then, we were just a small agency located in converted gas station. But my dad went door to door, connecting with people across the city and building his business. By the time I joined the agency in 1983, my dad was known all over Fall River for his hard work and caring spirit.
A lot has changed since then. Our family has grown! Our staff has tripled in size, and we are so blessed to have such kind-hearted, genuine people join our agency family. And like me dad before me, I was humbled to watch my son, John, grow up and join our agency.
The business has grown, too. We’ve since found a home on Fall River’s historic North Main Street. And we are now incredibly fortunate to service people all over Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New Hampshire.
But at our core, we genuinely care about our clients. Our goal is for everyone who walks through our door, sends an email, or reaches us by phone, to feel welcome and at home with us. That’s the kind of service my dad taught me, and that’s the service I strive to deliver every day.
If we’ve grown, it’s only because our clients recommend us to people they know and come back again and again. And for that, we are incredibly grateful.
