My experience was a positive one. I so appreciated Ethan’s enthusiasm, and knowledge base. First of all, the videos were very helpful to me. The examples in them promoted my understanding. Secondly, my questions were answered regarding the policy. Ethan was easy to reach by email, and I appreciated that.
