As our client relationship manager, you will act as a point of contact for our clients, answering any questions they may have about their account and mediating their interactions with service departments and other members of our team. 

This is a full-time position. Candidates will be expected to work on-site at our location. Remote opportunities may be afforded to the right candidate once training has been completed.

The daily responsibilities of this position include, but may not be limited to, the following:

  • Engage in several forms of communication in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner (i.e. make and receive phone calls, write emails, follow up on voicemails, etc.).
  • Mediate client interactions with service departments, sales departments, and insurance producers.
  • Navigate several databases to collect information so that you can provide an accurate description of an account’s standing.
  • Discuss insurance concepts, coverages, and claim scenarios in a way that is easy for a client to understand.
  • Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Use creative problem-solving to apply underwriting guidelines and knowledge of insurance coverages to find a best-fit solution for clients.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2 or more years of experience in the insurance industry
  • P&C Insurance License preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible mindset, able to organize and structure your own tasks based on priority.
  • Team player with a great attitude – we’re looking for motivated individuals!
  • Ability and willingness to learn new computer programs and insurance concepts
  • Computer proficiency – Able to learn how to use and navigate multiple databases and computer systems at a time.

As our client relations assistant, you will support our service team with various client-facing tasks.

This is a full-time, entry-level position. Candidates will be expected to work on-site at our location. Remote opportunities may be afforded to the right candidate once training has been completed.

The daily responsibilities of this position include, but may not be limited to, the following:

  • Contacting clients regarding updates to their account (i.e., renewals or cancellations)
  • Updating information in our account management system
  • Answering client questions regarding their account, such as billing and basic coverages
  • Working together with our client relation managers and service centers to solve common client problems

As our sales account assistant, you will help our sales team identify the best insurance carrier and/or insurance products to best meet a client’s specific needs.

This is a full-time, entry-level position. Candidates will be expected to work on-site at our location. Remote opportunities may be afforded to the right candidate once training has been completed.

The daily responsibilities of this position include, but may not be limited to, the following:

  • Use several databases to quote insurance policies for prospective and current clients.
  • Use problem-solving skills to find a best-fit solution given a client’s needs and underwriting guidelines.

  • General insurance knowledge (P&C Insurance License preferred, but not necessary)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible mindset, able to organize and structure your own tasks based on priority

  • Computer proficiency – Able to learn how to use and navigate multiple databases and computer systems at a time.
  • Creative problem solving: Able to apply knowledge of insurance coverages and client needs to find the best solution.

As our accounting assistant, you will support our team with various accounting and data entry tasks.

This is a full-time, entry-level position. Candidates will be expected to work on-site at our location. Remote opportunities may be afforded to the right candidate once training has been completed.

The daily responsibilities of this position include, but may not be limited to, the following:

  • Monitoring payments, refund checks, and other transactions.
  • Working discretely with sensitive information.
  • Updating information in our account management system.
  • Working together with our accounting and management team to resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.
