Client Relations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic team player to join our fast-growing company. As our client relations assistant, you will support our service team with various client-facing tasks. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Contacting clients regarding updates to their account (i.e., renewals or cancellations)
  • Updating information in our account management system
  • Answering client questions regarding their account, such as billing and basic coverages
  • Working together with our client relation managers and service centers to solve common client problems


This is an entry-level position, but we’re looking for the right candidate to grow into this position and our company.
